A lot of the depressive are that way because they are actually empathic and see more feel more than average person. I think of it that way rather than that we’re less than average. Inclined to see these things. All spirits are not demonic they could be a dead addict an a******. criminal that wants to just mess with you. And your fear feeds it. It’s a lot easier to be not afraid if you think of it as a human. Which I believe it is in your case. Don’t be so hard on yourself.
